  • Conversion failed.Include the source format and any on-screen error message. Files larger than your tier's limit will be rejected — see pricing.
  • API integration. Read the API docs first; if something is unclear, email us with the request you tried.
  • Billing. Manage your subscription from the Stripe customer portal link in your welcome email. For refunds within the 14-day window, see our terms.
  • Privacy & data requests. Use privacy@bulkconvert.io for GDPR access, deletion, or portability requests.
  • Security disclosure. Found a vulnerability? Email support@bulkconvert.iowith "Security" in the subject. We will not pursue good-faith researchers.
